Oil Mold Temperature Controller from “DELON” is one kind of equipment that uses electricity as the energy source and heat-conducting oil as the heat carrier, and uses a circulation pump to force the circulation of heat energy to the pump and then returns to continue heating again.
In this way, the heat is transferred continuously, so that the temperature of the heated material increases and the process requirements for the constant heating are achieved.
When the temperature reaches the setting value, the equipment stops heating and opens the cooling solenoid valve to use external cooling water to cool down the heat-conducting oil through the heat exchanger and then to cool down the equipment, while the temperature is low, the heating elements automatically restart for heating.
