DelonHeater has been marketing thermal oil heaters for 10 years and we have encountered all kinds of problems, here are the most important concerns of our customers before closing the deal.
If this is your first purchase, all the specifications and the operation requirements should be offered, our engineer will calculate and advice the suitable models for your reference.
We can design the machines according to your requirements (material, power, control mode, control accuracy, etc.). We will also provide you with expert guidance at the same time, based on our years of experience in this temperature control field.
Generally, the warranty is 24 months counting from the date against shipment. During the warranty period, if there’s any parts damaged in quality, you can get the new ones for free.
Depends on whether you want to do customization your electric oil heaters or not and also depends on the quantity you want to order.
For regular machines in LCL, the lead time is 5-10 working days.
For customized products and bulk orders in FCL, the lead time is 15-30 working days.
Before shipment, our engineer will arrange the functional tests for each unit.
Of course, you’re welcome to visit our factory at any time. Alternatively, you can ask your representative in China to come to visit our factory.
For new customers, usually we accept the 35% T/T as the prepayment, the balance shall be paid before shipment, and if you have been with us for years or due to the restrictions of foreign exchange policy, we do offer L/C at sight.
In addition to the equipment already purchased, the user needs to purchase heat transfer oil locally (e.g. Mobil, Shell, and other international brands).
We can also provide Teflon tubes, insulation materials and valves.
Please contact our sales staff when you have completed the preparation conditions (thermal oil/water, electricity, installation materials). We will send an engineer to install your machine and train your staff to use it. Usually, when you are ready, you can contact our sales staff and cooperate with us to get a visa for the engineer, who will arrive within 2 weeks.
We will send the wearable spare parts for one year of use.
