Yes, we calculate and select the appropriate model based on the information provided by the customer.
The warranty is 24 months after delivery or 18 months after installation and commissioning, whichever comes first.
For up to 5 standard machines, we deliver within 1 week. For 10-20 standard machines, the lead time is about 3 weeks. Customized machines are negotiable.
We provide several small accessories as complimentary spare parts for each electric thermal oil heater.
